My granda once told me :

"Son, never shag owt you can't fight"

Wise words indeed...especially considering, I was only 6 at the time.

My Grandad is a terrible racist to be honest,so I won't type what he talks about.

My Nan is a constant mine of comedy though.We all chipped in and bought he a new hover for her birthday a coupe of years ago.She unwrapped the large box a said "Is it a mobile phone??.I don't want it"

Everytime she see's Ulrika Johnson on the telly she tells me that she used to on a show called Alligators.

was round my mates nans with him once when i was younger, maybe 14 or 15

she goes to him "dave, i went to town today, and i saw those funny coloured looking people again"

he replies, "what do u mean nan"

she goes " you know....them black ones, dave!"

we were rolling around laughing at her!

racist yes, but in complete innocence!
