View Full Version : Avatars to help HJC

If anyone can remember the little issue caused by my customised shirt avatars on the main forum a few months ago, I have since had loads of requests from other forumites for avatars to use on other forums, as well as requests from other team's fans requesting a customised shirt who would be willing to pay for it.

I have had an idea. I'm thinking about setting up a website with the avatars available for purchase. Probably £1 each and I'll cover every premiership club. I would really like this money to go to HJC. Can anyone give me any tips on how to set this up?

Would it be best to talk to the HJC organisers, or just donate all the money when I have a decent amount?

I also have no idea how to take payment so any help would be appreciated, or is it a bad idea.

Thanks in advance,

Dyllan.

Good idea

With regards to the setting up of websites I have no idea I'm afraid, but you did a great job on the one you did for me, and I'm sure many would be willing to part with a few quid.

Cheers mate. Setting up the website is no probs. I work with IT and Internet crap anyway, just the taking payment part I'm not sure about. There's Paypal but they take a percentage off the seller, which is crap.

Thanks though Rafatolah!:p

if you speak to the hjc people they will be able to give you the code from paypal to put into your site, all you need to do is put there details into your payment page so that the payment goes direct.

Excellent idea and an excellent cause, best of luck.

why don't you just stick your own bank details on the web page;)
